Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written and verbal communications
- Talent generation and attracting candidates through job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards & our internal database, plus social media channels
- Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates
