The Role
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing coordination and tactical support to the business and HR team. Define HR requirements and develop and execute a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and organizational goals. Manage HR Business Support and provide guidance to the team.

- Commercial and back-office Operations in: UK, Germany
Coordinate Talent Acquisition efforts across GEMs, recruitment process, systems, dashboard, onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- HRBP NEDM
- Coordinate Recruitment, C&B, Labor Relations, Personnel Administration, Organizational and Development areas for NEDM.
- Ensure outstanding customer focus by delivering value and best-in-class (HR) support to internal customer groups (Team’s leadership team, managers, and employees).
- Coordinate HR Processes and Initiatives (Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation reviews, Engagement Survey, SP).
- Support and coach managers to address and resolve a wide variety of Employee Relations (ER) challenges and performance issues.
- Align HR Plans for NEDM, align with GEMS and Global Strategies, understanding the business environment, strategy, and people implications.
- Lead and ensure execution of all employee engagement activities within areas of responsibility.
- Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver business-required programs.
- GEMs Talent Acquisition Capabilities
- Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Align across GEMs clusters all phases of the recruitment process.
- Standardize Job Descriptions, assessments, processes, KPIs across GEMs clusters.
- Consolidate and verify recruitment agencies across clusters.
- Cascade GM Employee Branding Proposition.
- Coordinate referral program across clusters.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend and participate in various types of job fairs and recruiting sessions (virtual).
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends.
Your Areas of Knowledge & Expertise That Matter Most
- 7+ years of related experience
- HR Generalist experience: Recruitment, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits.
- Working knowledge of HR-related laws/regulations (Europe preference Germany)
- Highly motivated for Recruitment processes and capabilities
- Distributor model experience – preference
- Experience in working in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong leadership and influence skills, and the ability to drive change and organizational transformation.
- Good business acumen and judgment
- Demonstrated ability to help define, translate, and execute on an organization’s strategy.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR strategies, practices, and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict.
