Client Services Representative
- Based at Glen Waverley and Essendon Fields on occasion
- Full time or Part time role
- Reception/Client Services experience essential
- Experience within the veterinary or health industry highly regarded
We are seeking an employee to join our fantastic team working either Full Time or Part Time at our Glen Waverley location, with occasional shifts required at our Essendon Fields clinic. No public holidays, interesting case load, a fun and supportive work environment, above award wage, working closely with all of our specialty departments – Internal Medicine, Oncology, Dermatology, Surgery and Behavioural Medicine.
This is a busy role and your key areas of responsibility will involve the following:
- The face of MVSC - Providing exceptional Customer Service – to clients, staff and referring Veterinarians
- Answering telephones
- Internal and external email communications
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate client files
- Organising post and couriers
- Accepting and finalising payments
- Accurate daily reconciliation of accounts
The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills:
