Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for a full-time, permanent role as a Well Services Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of upstream operations, equipment, and personnel movements, ensuring that all activities are conducted professionally, competently, and safely. You will serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Pre-plan and management of equipment and crews.
- Update Invoicing and Forecasting spreadsheets as required.
- Personnel and Payroll spreadsheet updated regularly including Contractor tracking spreadsheet.
- Utilise and update TalentForce and SGS server as required.
- Purchase orders and review supplier pricing regularly.
- Coordinate the movement of materials along a supply chain.
- Liaise with oil company representatives in regard to operations.
- Ensure all corporate communications are conveyed to personnel.
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory of equipment, parts, and spares.
- Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience with Oil and Gas well site operations.
- Experience with Onshore Well Test, Slickline, and Well Integrity Service.
- Availability to travel for client meetings and operational reasons when necessary.
