Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join this high performing team based in a luxury office in Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of their customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through direct, phone based outreach with the goal of calling 40 businesses per day.
- Goal of making 2 appointments per day.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track all interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the benefits of our energy solutions.
To be successful you must have at least 6 months’ direct sales experience in a call centre environment or a door-to-door sales environment.
