About the role You will be responsible for delivering a variety offacilitiessupport duties within theirfacilitiesteam.
Key duties - Managing and coordinating reports and maintenance
- Liaisingwith both internal and external customers
- Follow up, manage, monitor and communicate regarding works in progress
- Processing financialadministration task including data input, raising purchase orders via TechOne etc.
- Booking of venue management
- Supporting theFacilitiesManagement department in the logistic movements
About you - PreviousFacilitiesadministration or coordination experience
- experience using software applications used in afacilitiesmanagement environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
