We are currently seeking Expression of Interest from candidates looking for an opportunity as a Payroll Officer (ASO3 level) within the SA State Government on a temporary contract.
The Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support, data entry, and payroll services
- Assisting with sorting, scanning, record-keeping, archiving, and data entry for leave forms
- Filing, scanning, and archiving employee documents
- Processing data efficiently
Skills and Experience Required - CHRIS21 or similar payroll/accounting system experience
- Data entry experience preferred
- Previous experience in frontline customer service, contact centre and payroll is preferred
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Experience in using Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word)
- Valid National Police Clearance within the last 12 months
