Working with a growing, boutique consulting group here in Melbourne, you will use your Lean Six Sigma skill set to drive process improvement initiatives for clients in the non-profit world. This company has found their specialty, serving clients that make a positive impact on the community and want to speak with candidates where there is a values alignment.
I am looking for someone to come into the business as a senior consultant to lead client engagements and eventually move into a people management role. This person will have a deep understanding of Lean, process/continuous improvement, process governance & risk, and will have experience delivering improvements across various industries.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in leading client-facing process improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Built and implemented target operating models in a non-profit environment.
- Facilitate workshops and drive productive conversations about the continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma - ideally a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Exposure to setting up process governance models.
This will initially be on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with the likelihood of extending past 12 months or moving to a permanent role.
