The Harvey Norman Coffs Harbour Team is seeking a Mobile and Tech Sales Assistant to join their team.
This is a customer-focused sales role, and you will be providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers to ensure a great shopping experience. You will be provided with training, focusing on the mobile and technology products in order to fully utilize your capabilities and knowledge when selling these to your customers.
About the Role
You will be a good communicator who is keen to put in the work and become an amazing Sales Assistant. With weekly commission and performance bonuses, your skills and effort are rewarded.
Some key tasks will include:
- Sell Mobile Phones along with IT products and services
- Use point of sale and customer service system
- Maintain the presentation of the Mobile and Computer department
- Undertake operational work, such as assisting with stock takes
- Work across a 7-day roster, which includes weekend and public holiday shifts as required
Some attributes we are looking for include:
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Quick learner and an interest in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with basic numeracy skills
- Retail sales and POS system experience desirable
