About the role
We are on the lookout for our next Customer Service Superstar to join our After Sales and Service team based in Derrimut on a permanent, full-time basis .

This role forms an integral part of our amazing After Sales and Service (Warranty) team and works alongside a dynamic team to provide customer service and product advice while resolving any product warranty or installation issues. You will manage the end-to-end warranty/customer service experience and be proactive in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing product advice and support of a technical nature to customers to resolve product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that claims are managed effectively as well as reporting on issues, statistics, and procedures.
- Ensuring that our systems are kept up to date.
- Managing day-to-day requirements, including the process of work orders and invoices and arranging selected suspected product returns.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support/warranty role.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft).
- Enjoy communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
It would also be great if you come from the plumbing industry so you can hit the ground running, but if not, don’t worry; we have a great onboarding program and full training will be provided to set you up for success.
