The Role / Duties - Oversee a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Serve as a primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors
- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears
- Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings
- Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities
The Candidate - Strata Management experience within mixed-use or residential
- Ability to work under own initiative and direction
- Customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are paramount
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop a strong lucrative career
