As the Salesforce Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager , you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new talent for our Salesforce Analytics and MuleSoft solutions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and optimizing resource allocation across various projects to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring plans
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Resource Management
- Monitor and manage the allocation of resources across projects to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Maintain a comprehensive resource database and track resource availability and utilization
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and effective assignment of resources
- Identify and address resource gaps and potential conflicts to ensure project timelines are met
- Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and resource management, preferably in IT
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and resource management principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using HR and resource management software/tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience
