About the Role
Viterra is seeking a dynamic individual with demonstrated proficiency in the management of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and experience with predictive maintenance. In this role, you will be reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager and be the subject matter expert in CMMS.
Duties
- System Administrator for the CMMS Solution and process improvements, supporting the Viterra Engineering department effectively using the CMMS application.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Asset Manager on asset management and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Documentation of requirements for CMMS application changes in consultation with the Maintenance team.
- Providing CMMS training.
- Monitor quality and consistency of data input in CMMS.
- Extend application of CMMS to include condition monitoring integration.
- Providing asset database information to all business areas.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for Maintenance Managers, contractors and budgets.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or Process Management (desirable).
- Experience in using a CMMS, preferably MEX, Maximo or SAP.
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills in MS Office.
- Sound knowledge of technology to support business and delivery of role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and proactively manage stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, use knowledge and initiative to problem solve promptly.
