About Us: Country Mile Home Care (CMHC) is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Rostering Coordinator & Bookkeeper to join our WA operations.
Responsibilities:
- Roster Coordination:
- Liaising with case manager to manage Support Worker (SW) hours, appointments in rostering system.
- Collect and keep SW files up to date (e.g., insurances, first aid).
- Assist with new client onboarding into our system.
- Assist case manager to order requisites for clients.
- Document client interactions in client info system and upload relevant documents.
- Enter and match invoices for clients and SWs in accounting software.
- Assist with sending monthly statements and manage payment follow-ups.
- Assist the case manager with administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- A strong interest in supporting seniors to live independently at home.
- Experience within the aged care industry with rostering, problem solving, and customer support for in-home care clients.
- Strong skills in accounting software, for example Xero.
- Excellent administration skills and experience working with various software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
- Confidence and competence to adapt to new computer systems, for example Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver on commitments.
- A can-do attitude, a good sense of humour and a willingness to pitch in to help others.
- Empathetic to the needs of older people.
