Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking for a local position in the Shire? Tired of travelling out of the area?
We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large national construction company. This position will evolve in the near future and the business continues to grow.
The position:
In this position you will spend 3.5 days/week in payroll and 1.5 days/week assisting accounts payable.
Your years experience as a Payroll Officer will see you thrive in this environment. This position may evolve into a supervisory/management position as it is envisaged the payroll will increase significantly.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly payroll for approx. 220+ staff
- EBA for site staff and individual agreements for other staff
- Superannuation
- ACIRT
- Long service leave entitlements
- Payroll Tax
- Leave management
- Payroll enquiries
- Reporting
- Payroll reconciliations
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience
- Greentree Accounting Software - Training can be provided
- Deputy & Assignar Time & Attendance system experience, highly regarded
- Excel - Advanced
- Experience in Construction industry
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Location: Kurnell
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
