Introduction
The Technology Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional technology experience for our staff from the moment of joining and through their time at LeavePlus. They will be responsible for coordinating the planning, implementation, and management of technology team resources and provide leadership of the service desk operation ensuring high quality of service and maintaining efficient resolution of technology support requests. This role will be the primary point of contact for escalations of issues and support. This role acts as a central location for Technology support related to digital, workplace technology or data and analytics. The Technology Coordinator will work closely with LeavePlus departments to ensure the efficient and effective use of technology resources and act as a key business partner with the broader business.

Description In the role of Support Management at LeavePlus, you will be responsible for providing technology onboarding for new employees, maintaining accurate asset registers, and managing device security using Intune. You will handle first and second-level technical support requests, offer support across various Microsoft platforms and business applications, and prioritize, coordinate, and escalate service requests. Additionally, you will serve as the escalation point for incident management and maintain documentation for the Service Desk.
In Project Management, you will coordinate tasks for the Workplace Technology team, set deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery. You will also coordinate with vendors and service providers. For User Support and Training, you will provide technical support, develop and conduct training programs, create user manuals, and manage access controls. In Procurement, you will handle hardware and software procurement within budget, manage hardware stock levels, and provide SLA reports. You will also be an active member of the Workplace Technology team, lead in line with LeavePlus values, and perform various administrative duties.

Skills Required:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Service Desk software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant business software and systems
- Team leading experience a small IT team to deliver on customer service and maintaining SLA’s.
- Excellent customer management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software and network systems
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a cross-functional team environment
- Well-developed verbal, listening, comprehension and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project and work collaboratively with teams.
- Support experience in administrating Office365
- Support experience in the administration and troubleshooting Microsoft core platforms (Windows 10/11, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory and Intune.
- Backup and recover solutions (Veeam and Azure Backups)
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Several years of experience in Technical Support or Service Delivery Lead roles.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA or ITIL Foundation.
- Project management certifications such as Prince2 / Agile / Scrum master are highly regarded
