Join a leading Buyers Agent team in Brisbane’s Inner North, serving the SEQ area. We’re looking for a skilled Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Manager to enhance our brand and support our high-performing agents.
Role Overview:
As a key member of our award-winning team, you will drive our marketing and social media efforts. Your creativity and organisational skills will be crucial in managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and overseeing various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee and update content across our website, blogs, newsletters, and staff pages.
- Content Creation: Produce and publish print materials, newsletters, eMagazines, and inspection guides.
- Podcast Producing and Editing : Help edit and produce the lead agents podcast
- Social Media Management: Handle our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and oversee advertising efforts.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage company events, seasonal promotions, and charity initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate: - Experience in social media marketing and branding (property or real estate experience is a plus but not essential)
- Specialist in Google for SEO and PPC
- Creative, with a strong passion for marketing
- Up-to-date with social media trends
- Capable of working independently
