Health and Safety Administrator
Georgiou Group has partnered with ACCIONA Construction Australia to deliver the first stage of the Gold Coast’s largest road infrastructure project. The project will involve construction of six new bridge structures in an environment with unique geotechnical conditions and challenging interfacing on a gazetted green-field site.

What you’re good at:
The Health and Safety Administrator provides extensive administrative support and assistance to the Health and Safety (H&S) team across all health and safety activities, whilst ensuring excellence in customer service and health and safety reporting. You should have demonstrated examples to showcase:
- Knowledge of AS/NZS 4801, ISO 14001, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Act & Regulations
- High attention to detail, accurate data and record-keeping ability
- Professional communication skills across verbal, email and reporting documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between subcontractors and suppliers
- Prior experience arranging Safety aspects of induction for all new employees & contractors
What you’ll do (but not limited to):
- Assist in the preparation of toolbox and H&S pre-start content in collaboration with the Project team
- Support the project in regard to H&S practices, regulations, and activities
- Contribute to the necessary document management requirements of the team, to ensure integrity of organisational data and compliance with relevant legislative requirements
- Process administrative tasks and information whilst ensuring privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Ensure that all business activities and employees within the position comply with legislative/statutory obligations, company policies, codes, standards, procedures, and specific company instructions or guidelines
- Create and enter basic reports into the HSEQ System (i.e., incident reports, hazards, NCRs, and OFIs)
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directed
