About the role
We are currently hiring a Senior Learning & Development Advisor . The key purpose of this role is to advise on, facilitate, and support Learning and Development opportunities for employees within the DTI WASA business unit. This role works closely with operational leaders and the People & Capability team to ensure that Learning and Development activities are aligned to the business needs and objectives.
Based in our Perth CBD office, this position will work collaboratively with the WA/SA People & Capability team to action learning & development outcomes and facilitate national programs locally.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- 5+ years’ experience working in a Learning and Development role
- Experience working in a large multi-disciplinary organisation within Construction/Mining industries
- Knowledge of best practice training record management, compliance, and auditing
- Knowledge & capability working with various Learning Management Systems
- Solutions orientated and able to respond to a rapidly changing environment
- Self-motivated and possessing good planning skills demonstrating high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to engage across many stakeholders positively.
