The Role:
We’re on the search for a people-focused, passionate hospitality professional to join the Palisade Kitchen & Bar team at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the Food & Beverage Manager, with a strong focus on presence during dinner operations, leading and inspiring the team and providing an exceptional product and experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to help drive the success of the restaurant, in a supportive leadership role.
You will have a strong food and beverage knowledge, cashiering experience and exposure to rostering. You will be overseeing an enthusiastic team and assist in training team members to uphold high standards of service.
