You will be working with a leading mining company where the tech team is committed to providing top-notch IT support to their Executive team, VIP Managers, and staff. You take pride in being on a first-name basis with your customers, being the face of the business for IT and delivering instant solutions when needed most.
Initial contract until June 30, 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for Executive and VIP Managers when they encounter IT challenges.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face and phone support, always with a smile and a dash of humour.
- Resolve IT application and hardware issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to your leaders at work.
- Liaise with escalation teams when a challenge requires further attention.
- Continuously learn and grow in the ever-evolving world of technology.
- Utilize support ticketing systems to track and manage IT requests.
- Office 365 & Active Directory.
