Davidson are working with an Australian Financial services provider across a major HRIS implementation. We are looking to engage with a Project Director who has proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of HRIS/HCM platforms, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors .
Location: Melbourne
Work Model: Hybrid
Estimated Project Duration: 18-24 months on a day rate contract.
Taking on this role will see you performing duties falling into multiple categories such as:
- Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of program of works etc.
- Financial Management: Budget management, expenditure management etc.
- Delivery Standards: Partnering with Enterprise PMO to drive delivery.
- Delivery Leadership: Leading by example to effectively deliver outcomes.
- Risk Management: Being proactive in identifying and mitigating risks.
- People Leadership: Leading a team inclusive of PM's, BA's, Change Managers, and SME's.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience with influencing and building trusted relationships.
- Vendor Management: Track record of managing multiple 3rd party vendors to deliver outcomes.
- Human Resources: Deep understanding of methods, platforms, and practices used in modern work.
About You:
- Proven experience leading enterprise scale HRIS/HCM transformations.
- Proven experience with end-to-end delivery of HR platforms is essential.
- SuccessFactors highly regarded.
- Financial services experience highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement ability.
- Melbourne location is essential.
- Strong alignment and experience with the items listed as daily duties (above).
