What you'll do:
As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining world-class technology solutions to ensure a seamless user experience. You will troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to virtual desktops, physical desktop/laptop computers, and mobile devices. Your initiative and creative problem-solving will help drive global innovation in technology and business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software & hardware issues related to Virtual desktop, physical desktop/laptop computers and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Microsoft Office, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivity products, Security.
- Identify problems, troubleshoot and deliver strategic solutions to users.
- Play a key role in the care and support of customers, including proactive incident monitoring & issue resolution.
- Collaborate effectively to achieve common goals and maintain a company standard of excellence.
- Carry out root cause analysis on Windows/MAC OS.
What you bring:
- 1+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
- Familiarity with applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment.
- Exposure to handling time-sensitive projects.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing platform.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Genuine interest in continuous feedback, learning and growth opportunities.
