Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist the Property Management team with out of office duties
- Lots of support and ongoing training from the current PM
- Modern systems and procedures
- Perform open homes, application processing, ad hoc administration and OOO duties
Skills and experience required for the role: - Previous Property Management experience
- A current certificate of registration is essential
- Avalid drivers license
- Strong Communication skills
- Great presentation
- Use of software Property Me
