Our client, a Global Oil and Gas Operator in Perth, is currently seeking a Regional Dispatch Coordinator to join them for a 6-month contract.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively manage non-delivered product, stock returns, courier & regional transport requests in conjunction with 3PL carriers and warehouses.
- Ensure carrier has sufficient information to schedule deliveries including stock returns ensuring Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue principles and service level agreements are observed.
- Proactively manage & maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Ensure all required paperwork and administration duties are completed in a timely & accurate manner that comply with current policy & procedures, HSSE, quality & environmental requirements.
- Liaise with Sales, warehouse, and transport providers to resolve urgent or critical customer requirements.
- Arrange stock returns for non-delivered product and monitor customer-initiated stock returns ensuring KPIs are met.
- Identify any delivery inhibitors, incorrect delivery details, or customer master detail to minimize customer impact.
- Report any HSSE, Security, Environmental, or Quality incidents as per current policy and procedures.
- Provide lubricant customers & Sales with quality outbound calls and action incoming calls providing a high level of efficient and proactive customer service.
- Ensure trips are processed with correct delivery volumes to customers. Ensure trips generate correct carrier payments.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Sales, Warehousing, Global Supply Chain & carriers to resolve any critical customer requirements.
Key Skills and Experience Required: - Experience within logistics and/or transport industry is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated excellent organization/time management skills.
- Demonstrated capability in problem-solving techniques.
- Demonstrated focus on HSSE requirements and knowledge & compliance to policies & procedures.
- Demonstrated Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue management knowledge.
- JDE & SalesForce system experience preferred.
- Team player who contributes to creating a motivated team environment.
- Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
