We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our client’s Financial Planning division. Our client brings together a team of experts to manage clients' financial and personal needs, offering a holistic and meaningful experience. The in-house services include Tax & Accounting, Mortgage Broking, Wealth Management, Business Advisory, Self-Managed Super Funds, Insurance, and Auditing.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can quickly integrate into the team, implement effective systems, and enhance client satisfaction. You will ensure a streamlined service experience and drive optimal client outcomes by positioning clients in the best possible way.
About The Role
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee the entire workflow process management.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for implementing recommended strategies and review documents for Adviser/client meetings.
- Provide full adviser support and complete advice implementation.
- Perform all relevant administrative tasks in accordance with Financial Planning, including maintaining files and database records.
- Manage client bookings and appointment confirmations.
About The Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience as a Client Services Officer in the Financial Planning industry.
- Familiarity with Statements of Advice and their implementation.
- XPlan experience.
- Previous experience with insurance and superannuation advice.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional service standards and organisational skills.
