THE ROLE:
- Call potential customers who have opted-in to learn more about the company's offerings.
- Build rapport over the phone with the customer and personalize the product to suit their needs.
- Work collaboratively as a team to hit both individual and team KPIs and targets.
- Ongoing mentorship and training provided.
ABOUT YOU:
- Goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior customer-facing experience – retail experience welcomed.
- Resilient – ability to bounce back from rejection.
- Prior experience working with KPIs and targets.
