The Role:
- Processing of weekly and monthly payruns.
- Preparing and processing all termination calculations.
- Processing all leave requests.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Ensure payroll practices are compliant with company policy, industrial instruments, agreements and legislation.
- Ensure requests and queries are investigated, actioned and communicated within agreed timelines and quality levels.
- Understanding the current Enterprise Agreements to help provide advice to relevant parties.
- Preparing and distributing all statutory documentation.
The Candidate:
- 3-5 years of practical end to end payroll experience (high volume).
- Manual payments, leave, terminations, back pays, etc.
- Chris21 OR Kronos HIGHLY DESIRED .
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Pivot tables & Vlookups.
