We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Manager to lead the strategic direction of human resources. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver contemporary HR and Employee Relations programs, initiatives, and services aimed at improving staff capability, capacity, and performance. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership to a team of talented P&C Business Partners and guide the organisation towards best practice employment frameworks.
As the People and Culture Manager, you will be accountable for leading the strategic direction of human resources. Your role will involve managing quality assurance, work health safety, and accreditation while protecting the brand's intellectual property. You will contribute to strategic planning, translating strategy into plans and actions at various levels. Your expertise in developing effective human resource strategies will be crucial in providing value across the organisation. You will also oversee the delivery of talent acquisition and management strategies that align with our approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field
- Experience in negotiating Enterprise Agreements
- Proven expertise in contemporary human resource leadership practices
- Experience leading and implementing new P&C frameworks, policies, strategies, programs
- Highly developed P&C process design skills and experience
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems roll out
