Information Technology / Legal Support Officer (APS3)
Looking for experienced Information Technology / Legal Support Officers for a temporary full-time position with a Federal Government client in Sydney. This role is for a 6-month period, with the possibility of further extension.
Responsibilities:
- Provide local and remote ICT support within a team of ICT service desk professionals.
- Liaise with internal/external clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
- Advise clients and management on practice group issues.
- Promote ethical behaviour and a safe work environment aligned with APS values.
- Coordinate programs, projects, or initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with investigative agencies, courts, and stakeholders.
- Guide, coach, and direct staff on administrative tasks.
- Contribute to teamwork plan development and delivery.
- Support APS objectives.
- Provide technical advice to staff and senior management.
- Develop briefings, reports, and correspondence.
- Oversee work scheduling, prioritisation, and allocation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Baseline security clearance to be obtained within 12 weeks of commencement.
