The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Account Director - P&C Insurance to join the growing team in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of Property & Casualty (P&C) clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Portfolio Growth : Drive business development efforts to expand your portfolio, identifying new opportunities and cross-selling relevant products.
- Technical Expertise : Provide expert advice on P&C insurance products, including risk assessment and policy coverage, ensuring clients receive optimal protection.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Market Engagement : Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms, secure competitive pricing, and stay abreast of market trends.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all client interactions and transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and accurately documented.
About You:
- Experience : Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the insurance broking industry, with a strong focus on P&C insurance.
