What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around providing top-notch support to customers. You'll handle various customer queries, maintain detailed records, and ensure that every interaction meets our high standards of service. Your role will also involve general administrative tasks and data entry duties.
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Assist in answering queries using a general knowledge of the services provided
- Maintain customer files accurately, ensuring thorough contact notes are made
- Maintain high customer service standards at all times
