As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for a roll-your-sleeves-up, out-of-the-box-thinking Head of Collections & Operations to join our team. Reporting to the BFS CEO, this role is crucial in ensuring an excellent customer journey, accountability for collections portfolios and ensuring the efficiency and smooth-running environment of our Olympic Park office. About the role As Head of Collections & Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a key role in shaping our brand and driving our growth. Here’s what you’ll be diving into:
- Facilitating a smooth operating model for our office and collaborating with internal & external stakeholders.
- Leading & managing our Collections teams' performance, processes, development and change initiatives.
- Managing monthly write-offs process, and reporting on the results with a blend of data analysis and telling the story.
- Proactively 'sniffing out' potential risks to our business and working to negate these, and future-proof.
- Experience with collections strategy & performance.
- Is customer first with a delivery and outcome focus.
- Excels at managing deadlines and communicating effectively.
- Ability to influence and problem-solve.
- Experience in Australian or New Zealand financial services industry.
