Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Selling Products and Services: Present, promote, and sell our products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and questions. Take responsibility for allocated customer accounts. Schedule appointments. (Door-to-Door Sales )
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Reach out to customer leads through calling or visiting in-store. Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Door-to-Door Sales Experience: Previous experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
- Positive "Can-Do" Attitude: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- Openness to Candidates with No Sales Experience: We welcome individuals who may not have prior sales experience but possess the right attitude and personality, and are comfortable with face-to-face selling.
