Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, customers, and potential renters professionally.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed property information.
- Assist renters during property viewings and guide them through the application process.
- Prepare tenancy documentation and review tenancy applications with background checks.
- Organize and conduct various property inspections, including open for inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and routine inspections.
- Capture essential property details through thorough photography and video and upload to the system.
- Oversee key collection and return processes.
- Complete detailed post-inspection reports, highlighting key findings.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate required.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin (favourable, not mandatory).
- Previous experience in Leasing or Property Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and customer service orientation.
- Accurate data entry and organizational skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to follow through on tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated, career-minded attitude with a neat and presentable appearance.
- Available days: Must be available especially on every Thursday & Saturday and any other days.
