Senior Manager, Learning and Development
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning and Development professional to join a leading organisation in Adelaide.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in shaping and executing strategic learning and development functions that align with the organisational strategic priorities. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a role that provides a unique blend of strategy, operations, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shaping and executing a transformative Learning & Development function that aligns with organisational requirements.
- Develop trainings focused on leadership and management development.
- Design and implement learning programs, initiatives, and curriculum to address identified skill gaps and support ongoing employee development.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other training tools to organise, track, and deliver training content efficiently.
- Oversee the operationalisation of L&D initiatives, establishing clear processes and implementation plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in adult learning to ensure all programmes remain innovative.
- Collaborate with managers to identify potential succession planning needs and create talent development pathways for key positions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading transformative Learning and Development functions.
- Extensive background in designing advanced leadership training programs.
- Experience with e-learning development tools and learning management systems (LMS).
