Our opportunity
As Assistant Development Manager , you will provide support and assistance to management in all operational aspects, as assigned, so as to further expand and enhance knowledge of the development industry.
You will support the team with an Apartments project, Prince & Parade based in the Melbourne CBD.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and SDM.
- Understand feasibility and can update and report under supervision.
- Assist in the preparations of development feasibilities.
- Prepare formal correspondence and presentations.
- Prepare and update basic development programmes.
- Undertake comprehensive project preparation, research and planning activities.
Your point of difference
- You will be professionally qualified with previous experience in a development role and preferably gained on an Apartments/Built Form project.
- You will have solid commercial acumen coupled with good communication, decision making, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
