- Training provided: need to have strong attention to detail and experience working in an administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing a full-function payroll service for a blue and white collar workforce. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing
- Supporting the Payroll Manager in achieving team goals
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Time & Attendance (T&A) data
- Processing adjustments, deductions, and terminations
- Resolving employee payroll queries efficiently and positively
- Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and laws, including interpreting Modern Awards and EBAs
- Administrative duties as requested
Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will bring prior administration experience and a passion for developing their skills. You should also have:
- High attention to detail in a high-volume administrative environment
- Strong initiative and ability to perform high volume tasks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels
- A positive, team-oriented work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications
