Our Opportunity!
Our growth strategy to enter the residential aged care market in Victoria has progressed. We have several exciting green and brownfield development projects commencing as well as several acquisitions. We are on the search for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to assist us in bringing these projects and acquisitions to operational life. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will form part of the operational leadership team which will establish our Melbourne-based facilities and growth of the local team.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional people leader with a passion for multi-site operational excellence, service experience, innovation, business growth and team engagement. We need your help to position Infinite Care as an industry leader in the Victorian market. The key scope of this role includes:
- Be an active leader within our acquisition and greenfield and brownfield projects in Victoria. This will also include supporting change management and driving standardisation across our Victorian facilities.
- Strong commercial & business focus with a deep appreciation for the Aged Care sector related compliance and regulations, and aged care funding that underpin how facilities should be operating.
- Embed internal quality standards, policies and procedures for the new facilities based on the Infinite way.
- Work in a highly collaborative manner with other operational leaders, business partners and all organisational and community stakeholders to achieve agreed business outcomes and successful change management.
- Ensure effective implementation of business processes, systems and project-based initiatives.
About You
As a highly collaborative and transformational leader, we will enjoy leveraging your diverse aged care multi-site operational leadership and capabilities across:
- Strategic thinker who is skilled at translating integrated business plans and service expectations into operational excellence across multi-site portfolios.
- Ideally, have brown, greenfield and acquisition operational experience in aged care to ensure seamless and successful delivery of care and service excellence. Hospitality, facility accommodation management multi-sector experience is advantageous too.
- Demonstrate experience across all areas of facility operations including administration, clinical care, property maintenance, catering, hotel services, and resident engagement and wellbeing.
- Demonstrated project management, change management, internal and external stakeholder management, vendor management and strong community relations experience.
- Thorough understanding of how sector regulatory and compliance changes need to underpin operational protocols, ways of working and achieve operational outcomes.
- Skilled in analysing complex situations, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions at scale.
- The ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control expenses is essential for this role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with our multi-cultural staff, residents, families, and key stakeholders.
