Role Name: Marketing Analytics (Client Facing - Support Role)
Schedule:
- Full-time Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm AEST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Responsibilities:
- Promptly acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries across various channels.
- Identify and resolve platform bugs/issues raised by customers.
- Provide clear guidance on effectively utilizing the platform’s features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex technical queries.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the platform’s evolving capabilities.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably social media, search advertising, or analytics.
- Good written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Potential for voice/video support in the future (but can also be non-voice if a great candidate in the other areas).
