Are you ready to lead our logistics network to deliver exceptional customer service through best-in-class warehouse and transport operations at optimal cost? You’ll be instrumental in shaping and implementing our logistics strategy, while driving initiatives to improve overall logistics performance.
The role:
- Lead and improve safety culture and ensure compliance.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships for positive outcomes.
- Develop and execute logistics plans to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
- Identify and implement optimisation initiatives to enhance logistics performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and support change management within the logistics team.
The expertise you’ll provide:
- Proficiency in SAP, WMS, TMS, Warehouse Automation, LMS & Scheduling systems.
- Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility regulations.
- Understanding of road, rail, and sea networks and warehousing principles.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
- 5+ years in logistics with strong warehousing and distribution experience, preferably in FMCG.
