Talent Acquisition and Recruitment :
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract high-quality talent aligned with organizational needs and culture.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Personal (Educational Qualifications/Traits)
- Educational Background : MBA in human resources is a must.
- Experience : 3-4 Years’ experience in HR, particularly in talent acquisition and preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Certifications : Relevant HR certifications are highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate HR-related information and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ethical Standards : Adheres to high ethical standards and maintains confidentiality while dealing with sensitive HR matters.
