- Responsible for QA and testing process.
- Manage escalations from internal team (Zendesk).
- Responsible for manual testing of software and report bugs (Jira).
- Provide software training to internal teams.
- Responsible to write release notes and software manuals.
- Responsible for Ticketing tool
- Provide software support to internal and external teams and users.

Key Competencies
- Good knowledge of softwares likes Jira, Kissflow and Asana.

- Basic understanding with UAT/ Manual testing

- Ready to work in a 24*7 environment
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software support/ testing role.
- MCA/ BCA/ B.Tech
Note: This is a 6 day working role.
