Designation: Talent Acquisition Manager/ Recruitment Manager
Reporting: Lead HRRM Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)/ Delhi (Rajendra Place) /Gurgaon
About the Role: The Talent Acquisition Manager/ Recruitment Manager is responsible for driving and managing the talent acquisition strategy and processes within the assigned region/zone for one of the Business Units. The role focuses on ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates while also supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role is critical in achieving the company’s goal of attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Execute/implement regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and workforce planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various roles within the region for the respective Business Unit.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to source candidates effectively.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives to ensure a balanced and inclusive workforce.
- Promote the company’s employer brand within the region by participating in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field must.
- Experience 3 - 6 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in the lending or financial services industry is must.
- Should have exposure to work in HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
