Job Summary:
The Regional HR & Admin Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and Administrative functions across multiple locations within a specific region. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative processes, aligning with the company's strategic objectives. The Regional HR & Admin Manager will work closely with local HR teams and management to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement regional HR strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR practices.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process for the region, ensuring the hiring of high-quality candidates.
- Partner with corp. HR teams and hiring managers to identify talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations.
Performance Management:
- Implement and monitor performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing action plans for employee development.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate regional training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Conduct salary reviews and recommend adjustments based on market trends and company policies.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to senior management, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management across the region.
- Ensure effective coordination of administrative activities and resource allocation.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor regional HR and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and development opportunities for the HR team.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Organize regional events and activities to strengthen team cohesion and company values.
