Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in website management (including changing banners and campaigns), P&L management, revenue generation, retention marketing, customer retention, new customer acquisition, repeat purchase strategies, managing clients, and knowledge of UI/UX, API integration, and data chunking & analysis. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Oversee and manage the company’s website, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
- Coordinate with the IT and design teams to implement website updates, including changing banners and running campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
P&L Management:
- Manage the profit and loss statements for the department, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on revenue targets and campaigns.
Retention Marketing:
- Design and implement retention marketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data to develop personalized marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on retention metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Customer Retention:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
- Monitor and analyze retention metrics to refine retention efforts.
New Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers.
- Utilize various marketing channels to reach potential customers and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze acquisition metrics to optimize campaigns.
Repeat Purchase Strategies:
- Create and implement strategies to encourage repeat purchases among existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop loyalty programs and targeted campaigns.
- Track and analyze repeat purchase behavior to enhance strategies.
B2C Client Management:
- Manage relationships with B2C clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
UI/UX Knowledge:
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website and digital campaigns are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Apply UI/UX principles to enhance customer experience and engagement.
API Integration:
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless API integration with partner systems.
- Oversee the implementation of API solutions to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Data Chunking & Analysis:
- Analyze large data sets to extract actionable insights and drive business decisions.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports and conduct thorough analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, website management, and P&L management.
- Strong track record of revenue generation and customer acquisition.
- Experience with retention marketing, customer retention, and managing clients.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with API integration and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
