We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SEO Manager to lead search engine optimization efforts across multiple business units. The SEO Manager will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility. This includes on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, content marketing, and SEO analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Page SEO:
- Optimize web pages to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact terms for web pages and blog posts.
- Optimize meta tags, descriptions, headers, and other elements for search visibility.
- Implement internal linking strategies and optimize the structure for user navigation.
- Ensure mobile optimization and schema markup for rich snippets.
- Technical SEO:
- Conduct website audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize site performance, focusing on site speed, caching, and compression.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data for improved crawlability and indexing.
- Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals to ensure top search engine performance.
- Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and execute a backlink strategy by building high-quality links from authoritative websites.
- Manage brand mentions and PR campaigns to boost online authority.
- Leverage social media platforms to generate SEO signals in alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Engage in guest blogging and content outreach on authoritative websites.
- Local SEO:
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and manage local citations to increase visibility for local searches.
- Develop location-specific content targeting key geographic areas.
- Content Marketing:
- Lead content creation and optimization for blog posts, guides, and case studies to improve rankings.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure alignment with SEO goals.
- Perform content gap analysis to identify new opportunities and fill strategic areas.
- SEO Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly monitor and report on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and competitive advantages.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous SEO improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role.
- Expertise in on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and ability to collaborate with content teams.
- Knowledge of mobile optimization, schema markup, and website performance optimization.
- Experience with local SEO and managing Google Business Profiles.
- Ability to analyze and interpret SEO data to provide actionable insights.
