Responsibilities:
- Achieve Monthly Sales Target
- Cross-selling and upselling of third Party and group products to Gold Loan customers
- Adhere to lending norms and maintain integrity in customer transactions
- Support the branch in interest collection
- Conduct branch catchment development activities and generate customer leads and converting them to NCA

- Bachelor's degree with atleast 1 year / Plus two with two years in the sales industry
- Experience in the full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Conversant in the local language and English
- CRM experience is preferred
