Qualifications:
- Proven track record in driving sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Extensive experience in sales operations, sales management, and account management.
- Strong expertise in business development with a creative approach to campaign design.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and grow a sales team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
