Job Purpose To Support the business by building loyalty amongst B2B customers & influencers to ensure best of branding & marketing support to the projects business of Gyproc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Drive Architect Engagement initiatives – value creation through communication, connect, tools and services.
- Strengthen the Brand’s Relationship and Drive Loyalty with Contractors through initiatives like High-rise club.
- Grow the Market – Spearhead initiatives, programs and platforms with the aim of increasing Drywall adoption in India.
- Funnel Creation - Lead Generation and Management with specific focus on sectors like Office, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial and Residential.
- Content Creation and Thought Leadership– to experiment with and explore varied content formats and medium (digital and offline), drive efficiency, amplify category conversations and ROI.
- Sector Specific Marketing – To represent the organization in key sector specific conferences and platforms, engage and collaborate with influencers with the aim of creating awareness and building preference for gypsum based solutions.
- Outside-in – provide market research driven actionable insights for organization to create more value for stakeholders.
Job Knowledge/Work Experience:
- The incumbent is responsible for driving the engagement with key stakeholders namely Architects, Influencers and Contractors which involves B2B marketing & communication - Digital & offline, Influencer Engagement, Contractor Engagement and Loyalty Lead Generation and Management, Sector Marketing and Communication.

Years of experience : 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
Education (Preferred Degree):
